About the Role:
Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services for K-12 students. The therapist will help students develop the fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills needed for success in academic and daily activities.
Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct and consultative OT services in educational settings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
Requirements:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Active California OT license

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Previous school-based experience preferred
